Flying start for Hertfordshire IQ

It’s only a few weeks since our official launch party at Rothamsted Research and we’re already off to a flying start.

80 guests joined the event to hear Mark Bretton, Chair of Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership set out an ambition for Hertfordshire IQ to become the UK’s leading place for innovative, sustainable businesses.

Building on this ambition, Prologis Park at Hertfordshire IQ is going from strength to strength, attracting a total of five new businesses, including three from the construction industry supply chain.

A bid to secure status and funding for Hemel Garden Communities was also given the green light.

The Government funding will help enhance the development of 12,000 new homes next to Hertfordshire IQ, making it a great place to live, work and play.
