Herts Chamber hosts Supply Chain Summit

The fifth event in a series of new online Summits that Herts Chamber have created, Supply Chain Summit on 22 October is designed to focus on key industries within Hertfordshire and provide a platform for sharing information, ideas and latest thinking. This interactive conference will feature a keynote presentation from Cherie Norris, Enterprise Zone Manager, Herts IQ (pictured).

Hertfordshire IQ is leading the development of 3 million sqft of new commercial space over 10 years in Hemel Hempstead, alongside the creation of 11,000 new homes in Hemel Garden Communities.

Not only will this ambitious and game changing development transform the area and create 10,000 new jobs, it will also provide space for Hertfordshire growth companies in the construction supply chain to cluster around market leaders and built environment experts BRE Group. 

Cherie is the project lead for Hertfordshire Innovation Quarter, the county’s enterprise zone. She is focused on working with partners to secure investment and deliver infrastructure which will unlock strategically located development sites, with the potential to deliver thousands of new jobs to the area.

 


These presentations will be followed by a choice of two interactive panel sessions for you to select from, in which these subjects will be discussed in more depth.
