In 2021, greater capacity was created with a new Open Innovation Hub. Offering 3,000 sq. m. of contemporary, flexible office and research space at the heart of the campus at BRE headquarters, it forms a national and international centre for research and innovation in emerging sectors such as digital, connected and smart built environment.
This high quality incubation and SME acceleration space is helping to facilitate collaboration between the research base, large firms and SMEs.
