In 2021, greater capacity is being created with a new Open Innovation Hub. Offering 3,000 sq.m of contemporary, flexible office and research space at the heart of the campus at BRE headquarters. It will form a national and international centre for research and innovation in emerging sectors such as digital, connected and smart built environment.
This high quality incubation and SME acceleration space will facilitate collaboration between the research base, large firms and SME’s.
The Open Innovation Hub will be a flagship for BRE and Hertfordshire IQ, showcasing quality, innovation and performance in the built environment.
